Bhunaigh Áine an chéad réamhscoil tumoideachais lán-Ghaeilge i dtuaisceart na hÉireann. Tá breis agus daichead bliain taithí san oideachas lán-Ghaeilge aici, 24 bliain mar phríomhoide ina measc. D'fhorbair sí an chéad lámhleabhar oiliúna don earnáil luathbhlianta lán-Ghaeilge – Two Windows on the World.
Bhí ról suntasach ag Áine i ndearadh agus i bhforbairt teastais d’earnáil na luathbhlianta lán-Ghaeilge. Tá an teastas creidiúnaithe ag an Ollscoil Uladh. Bhí ról comhsheasmhach agus praiticiúil aici maidir le dearadh agus/nó soláthar traenála don earnáil tumoideachais sa dá dhlínse ar an oileán seo agus in Albain.
Áine founded the first Irish-medium (IM) immersion pre-school in the north of Ireland. She has over 40 years experience in Irish medium education, including 24 years as a primary school principal. She produced the first training manual for the IM early years sector – Two Windows on the World.
Áine had a significant role in the design and development of the Certificate for Irish-Medium Early Years which is accredited by the University of Ulster. She has played a consistent and practical role in the design and/or delivery of training for immersion education in both jurisdictions on this island and in Scotland.

Tar éis dó thart ar 40 bliain a chaitheamh i ngairm na múinteoireachta, tá saibhreas taithí faighte ag Aiden sa bhunoideachas agus mar phríomhoide ar feadh 28 bliain i gceithre bhunscoil éagsúla. Le linn a thréimhse mar phríomhoide, chaith sé 10 mbliana ag bainistiú Aonad Lán-Ghaeilge i mbunscoil mhór uirbeach.
Nuair a d'éirigh sé as an mhúinteoireacht, mar Phríomhoide ar Tannaghmore Primary School (An Lorgan) in 2020, cheap an Roinn é ar an Choiste Oideachais Deoise an CCMS. Leanann Aiden ar aghaidh sa CCMS mar Ionadaí Iontaobhais do Dheoise Ard Mhacha.
Having spent nearly 40 years in the teaching profession, Aiden has acquired a wealth of experience in primary education and fulfilled the role of Principal for 28 years, in four different primary schools. During his tenure as Principal, he spent 10 years managing an Irish-medium Unit in a large urban primary school.
On retiring from teaching, as Principal of Tannaghmore Primary School (Lurgan) in 2020, he was appointed by DE to the CCMS Diocesan Education Committee. Aiden continues to serve, in CCMS, as a Trustee Representative for the Armagh Diocese.

Tá breis agus fiche bliain taithí ag Aingeal sa seomra ranga mar oide i nGaelscoileanna. Tá sí anois ag obair mar Chomhairleoir Oideachais leis an Áisaonad i gColáiste Ollscoile Naomh Muire, áit a mbíonn sí ag cruthú agus ag cur in oiriúint áiseanna don earnáil oideachais lán-Ghaeilge.
Mar Chomhairleoir Oideachais, bíonn sí i dteagmháil le scoileanna, comhlachtaí reachtúla agus páirtithe leasmhara oideachais ar fud oileán na hÉireann chun riachtanais reatha na hearnála a mheas, a phleanáil agus a fhreastal orthu. Tá baint aici le haistriúchán ábhar, le cruthú áiseanna nua agus leis an gcúrsa triailte a bhíonn á dhéanamh ar na háiseanna sin. Déanann sí maoirsiú agus comhordú ar an bpróiseas sin.
Aingeal has over twenty years of classroom experience as a teacher in Irish-medium schools. She now works as an Education Adviser with the Áisaonad, based at St Mary’s University College, where she develops and adapts educational resources for the Irish-medium sector.
As Education Adviser, she liaises with schools, statutory bodies and educational stakeholders across the island of Ireland to assess, plan for, and help meet the current needs in Irish-medium educational provision in Northern Ireland. She contributes to translation work and the creation of new teaching resources, and she also coordinates and oversees the trialling of new materials in schools.

Chris studied Genetics at Queen's University before obtaining a doctorate in Genetics from the University of Oxford. Chris was awarded a Medical Research Council Research Fellowship and a Junior Research Fellowship, both at the University of Oxford. Chris has worked in scientific and medical affairs roles the pharmaceutical industry before retraining as a lawyer. Chris is currently a practising barrister, specialising in intellectual property and pharmceutical law. Chris has held senior legal roles in various global pharmaceutical companies and has consdierable corporate givernance and risk management experience. Chris's maternal family were native speakers of Irish, coming from the Donegal Gaeltacht, which started Chris's interest in the Irish language and culture.

Chomh maith, tá suim ollmhór aige san iomáint agus is ball é Ciarán de Chumann Rossa i mBéal Feirste. Is athair é Ciarán ar Danann agus Méabh.
Ciarán is a former pupil of Bunscoil Phobal Feirste and has experience as a primary school teacher for the last 15 years in the Irish-medium education sector and abroad. He has experience as a school leader for the last 8 years in the Middle East, China and as principal of Gaelscoil an Lonnáin in Belfast. He also has a keen interest in hurling and is a member of Cumann Rossa in Belfast.

Originally from Donegal, Dara now lives in Belfast and workds as a Policy and Legal Officer with the Committee on the Administration of Justice, a human rights organisation. She has a bachelor's degree in Irish and French and a master's degree in Human Rights Law. She is very passionate about education and is a former classroom assistant.

Tá Jacqueline ina Phríomhfheidhmeannach ar an Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta (COGG) ó Mhárta 2022. D’oibrigh Jacqueline mar chigire Gaeilge ag an iar-bhunleibhéal ar feadh beagnach fiche bliain agus bhí sí ar an fhoireann chigirí atá ag obair leis an Aonad um Oideachas Gaeltachta. Roimh di dul isteach sa Chigireacht d’oibrigh Jacqueline mar Stiúrthóir ar an eagraíocht Gaeloideachas. Chaith Jacqueline tamall de bhlianta ag obair fosta leis an eagraíocht Ghlór na nGael agus cur amach aici ar phobail teanga ar fud oileáin na hÉireann, dá bharr.
Jacqueline has been Chief Executive of An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta (COGG) since March 2022. Jacqueline worked as an Irish language inspector at post-primary level for almost twenty years and was on the team of inspectors working with the Gaeltacht Education Unit. Prior to joining the Inspectorate, Jacqueline worked as Director of the organisation Gaeloideachas. Jacqueline also spent a number of years working with the organisation Glór na nGael and as a result, she became acquainted with language communities throughout the Island of Ireland.

Tugann Mairéad Mhig Uaid saibhreas taithí ar an tumoideachas lán-Ghaeilge agus sa chóras oideachais i dTuaisceart na hÉireann. Mar mhúinteoir, leas-phríomhoide agus príomhoide bhí sí i gceannas ar fhorbairt Scoil na Fuiseoige ó bhunú na scoile go dtí an ghaelscoil chuimsitheach atá ann anois. An paisean atá ag Mairéad ná cothromas trí oideachas agus treoraíonn seo achan gné dá cuid oibre.
Bhí ról lárnach ag Mairéad i gcruthú go leor de na hacmhainní lán-Ghaeilge atá in úsáid inár ngaelscoileanna bunscoile ar fud na hÉireann.
Faoi láthair, oibríonn Mairéad ag leibhéal an chórais ag tacú le feabhsú scoile agus córais agus chun foghlaim ghairmiúil a fhorbairt ar fud speictream iomlán na táithí ghairmiúla.
Mairéad brings a wealth of experience in both Irish Medium immersion education and within the wider education system in the North of Ireland. As teacher, vice-principal and principal she led the development of Scoil na Fuiseoige from its early beginnings through to the inclusive gaelscoil it has become. Her passion being equity through education, guides everything that she does to ensure that every single child and family has the pathway and learning conditions they need to succeed.
She has played a pivotal role in the creation of many of the Irish Medium resources currently in use in our primary gaelscoileanna across Ireland, modernising and establishing a level of parity with english medium learning materials. She has facilitated their associated professional learning for primary practitioners, building access to IME for all pupils, and supporting the highest standard of teaching and learning in our gaelscoileanna.
Presently, Mairéad works at system level supporting school and system improvement and developing professional learning. She works across the full spectrum of professional experience from Early Career Teachers through to the most experienced school leaders.

Is príomhoide í Orla i nGaelscoil na bhFál agus tá sí mar ionadaí bunscoile ar bhord na Comhairle ó mhí Feabhra 2023. Anuas air sin, tá Orla i ndiaidh roinnt blianta a chaitheamh mar Chathaoirleach ar Fhóram na bPríomhoidí.
Tá tuiscint láidir agus taithí fada ag Orla mar mhúinteoir, mar leas phríomhoide agus mar phríomhoide in earnáil na Gaelscolaíochta. Tugann sí a cuid ama, a cuid tacaíochta agus a cuid saineolais don eagraíocht go fial fosta.
Orla is principal of Gaelscoil na bhFál and has been a primary school representative on the CnaG board since February 2023. In addition, Orla has spent a number of years as Chairperson of the IM Principals' Forum. Orla has a strong understanding and great experience as a teacher, vice-principal and principal in the Irish-medium education sector. She also generously gives her time, support and expertise to the organisation.

Owain Rhys Phillips is a community language activist and social researcher. Having a background in both the Welsh and Irish language movements, he has held roles in Community Action Tenants Union and has been a member of Cymdeithas Yr Iaith.

Tá breis agus 30 bliain de thaithí ag Paul Boyle san earnáil oideachais, mar mhúinteoir agus mar bhainisteoir sinsearach. Mr. Paul Boyle brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in the education sector, having served as both a teacher and senior manager.
He previously served as Chair of the Finance and Capital Committee for the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. As a former Director of Active Belfast Limited, Mr. Boyle played a pivotal role in delivering Belfast City Council’s ambitious £105 million Leisure Transformation Programme. With a successful track record in strategic and business planning, Mr. Boyle also led a management consultancy, offering expert guidance to both public and private sector clients. His governance and risk management expertise is underpinned by over 15 years of board-level experience across diverse sectors.

Is máthair de bheirt bhuachaillí óga í Rosie agus tá sí paiseanta faoi barrfheabhas na Gaelscolaíochta.
Rosie is a solicitor and a local councillor with a Masters in Planning and Executive MBA. She has been both the Cultural Officer of Naomh Éanna CLG and a governor of Gaelscoil Éanna for over ten years. Most importantly, Rosie is the mother of two young boys who is passionate about excellence in Irish-medium Education.

Cheapadh í ina Comhordaitheoir Pleanála Teanga le Foras na Gaeilge i 2024 agus d’oibrigh sí sa ról mar Oifigeach Forbartha Gaeilge i gCarn Tóchair, Co. Dhoire ar feadh beagnach 16 mbliana. Is tuismitheoir í atá ag tógáil clainne le Gaeilge.
Leonne Ní Loinsigh is an Irish language activist who has been working in the Irish language sector for the past 20 years. She was appointed as Language Planning Co-ordinator with Foras na Gaeilge in 2024 and worked in the role of Irish Language Development Officer in Carn Tóchair, Co. Derry for almost 16 years. She is a parent who is raising a family with Irish.
